Job Description:/h3:
LHP Engineering Solutions is currently looking for a Hybrid and Electric Powertrain Engineer. Join our rapidly growing hybrid powertrain systems team, for the development, integration, build and testing of powertrain systems for HEV/EV vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities:
and minus; Develop hybrid or electric powertrain systems and integrate into vehicles
and minus; Trade study hybrid powertrain architectures and down select key components
and minus; Perform powertrain system tests in dynamometer testing environment
and minus; Support vehicle build and test in proving grounds and various terrains
Skills and Qualifications:
and minus; Mechanical or Electrical (BSME or BSEE)
: 5+ years of experience working in hybrid or electric powertrain systems
and minus; Experience with hybrid or electric powertrain system development, integration, and testing
and minus; Strong understanding of powertrain component functionality
and minus; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
and minus; Masters or higher degree in mechanical or electrical
and minus; Experience with MATLAB/Simulink powertrain system modeling and simulation
