The Sr. Manager of Total Rewards and Analytics : CC will manage and lead the global planning, implementation and administration of Connected Cars rewards programs that attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance to sustain a healthy and financially secure workforce. The individual will also develop a talent analytics strategy for Connected Car to enhance our capabilities to make data:driven and people:centered decisions that support the HR and business strategies. This person will develop and and maintain the HR Connected Car operational dashboard and ensure it aligns with the global HR dashboard.
This position has two direct reports.
:Bring thought leadership and Connected Car point of view to the Global Rewards team to support the design and implementation of existing and new total rewards initiatives, policies and programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs are in place including base pay structures, merit programs, annual incentive, long:term incentive plans and health and wellness programs.
:Design and implement local rewards programs and communication strategies to meet Connected Car needs while aligning with global rewards and overall business strategy; provide technical local rewards expertise, competitive insights and proactive guidance to Human Resources partners, client groups and business leaders during the normal course of business and during mergers and acquisitions.
:Lead team to participate in benchmarking initiativesto analyze and assess market data, industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvements and ensure competitive pay practices are upheld throughout the organization.
:Develop salary recommendations based on compensation analyses and benchmarking of roles.
:Maintain and update position descriptions, conduct job evaluations and grading.
:Conduct analysis related to cost and trends, and provide analytical data management support for measurement and tracking of key rewards HR:related metrics.
:Lead the annual open enrollment process for Connected Car.
:Lead team to analyze large internal and external data sets to distill insights and connect disparate ideas into cohesive recommendations and strategies.
:Drive data quality processes and consistent use and adoption of measures, tools and reporting standards.
:Automate workforce metrics; design impactful data visualization dashboards and project tracking methodology to ensure completion of key targets and milestones.
:Design communication plans for key stakeholders at all levels.
:Establish and maintain strong relationships with various key stakeholders including employees and managers, senior leadership, HR and Legal across the company.
:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
:A minimum of 10 years of experience.
:In:depth understanding of technical applications in the rewards discipline.
:Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies and working with multiple data sources to generate insights.
