**Job Summary**
CEW is committed to identifying current and emerging needs of women and non-traditional students as well as women of color faculty and staff, thus enabling U-M to better serve and recruit diverse talent. To address those needs, CEW develops programs and services while simultaneously working towards institutional change in policies and practices.
The Data Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director and other members of the Data Project Team to synthesize findings from Learning Analytics Data Architecture data, write formal recommendations based on findings and create evaluation instruments to measure success of recommendations.
This position reports to the Director.
**Responsibilities***
**General Duties across all tasks**
+ Participate in training as identified
+ Participate in fundraising activities as needed
**25% Synthesize data project results and outcomes**
+ Identify major themes & opportunities across project
+ Organize data, files, and project notes
**25% Prepare project report summary and formal recommendations**
+ Draft final project report
+ Create document to outline formal recommendations on behalf of CEW
+ Develop brief presentation/slides/documents that could be used by CEW to discuss project findings across campus
**25% Propose pilot programming utilizing project findings**
+ Analyze current programming gaps across campus related to project findings
+ Propose new CEW programming geared toward students at-risk (not currently supported) as identified by data project
+ Propose unit cross collaborations based on themes
**25% Create evaluation instruments**
+ Develop evaluation tools that could be used across campus to assess change
**Required Qualifications***
+ Experience working with diverse constituents
+ Bachelor s degree in education, public policy or related field
+ Demonstrated statistical analysis skills
+ Experience analyzing LARC dataset
+ Attention to detail
+ Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and work well with others
+ Demonstrated success collaborating in a team environment
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to multitask
+ Experience using Stata or other statistical analysis software
+ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and experience using an online survey tool (i.e. Qualtrics, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, etc.)
+ Demonstrated ability to use discretion and respect confidentiality
+ Willingness to step in to assist others to complete tasks
**Desired Qualifications***
+ Knowledge of University systems
+ Masters degree in education, public policy or related field
+ Familiarity with CEW programs, initiatives, mission and goals desired due to length of appointment
**Additional Information**
**NOTE: This is a full time benefits eligible, nonexempt, 6 month term limited appointment**
