In this role, you will be given the opportunity to use your clinical expertise to teach and coach others in that endeavor. This position will qualify, lead, and supervise field staff on their caseload in an effort to manage towards specific outcomes, while ensuring compliance with all clinical and documentation standards, policies and procedures.

This full time position will be joining an existing, dynamic team of Registered Nurses in an administrative leadership role offering excellent training and resources that allow for you to thrive in a largely autonomous work environment for a company that values both hard work and a work:life balance for its employees. Our RN Clinical Supervisors primarily work out of our office in Novi, MI with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am:5pm and our on:call rotation is limited, 1 week every two months. We offer 10 days of vacation time that you will be eligible to use after 90 days of employment, a competitive benefits package available on the 1st of the month following 30 days, a 401k with a 3 company match, a performance bonus plan and mileage reimbursement.
:Open, re:certify, and manage cases.
:Addressing any clinical concerns.
:Review skills and ensure clinical competency of all staff at point of hire and make sure staff is prepared and appropriate for each client.
:Supervisory visits to ensure staffs clinical competency with a client.
:Ensure charts in the office and in the home are current, identical, and up to clinical standards.
:Document and report on patient progress, challenges, complaints, incidents, and status changes.
:Make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
:Manage inventory for supplies and medications on cases.
:Knowledge of computer data entry systems, protocols and procedures.
:RN License in good standing
:Great Communication skills

:Problem Resolution
:Previous experience with TBI, SCI, Trach, Vent, Pediatrics a plus
:Prior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, competency evaluations, management) desired but not a requirement
