Position Summary:
Lead a global team focused on driving new revenue opportunities with the consiolidated dealer networks and rental car companies by developing collaborative programs that increase the sell:through of vehicles that carry Harman audio systems. This will encompass penetrating and developing opportunities across all major dealer networks across the US agnostic of any specific OEM.

Job Responsibilities:
:Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape of the top 5 consolidated delaer networks in the US and develop strategic plans to grow our business through them.
:Act as the primary contact on behalf of Harman and build collaborative relationships with the Dealer management teams . Act as a consultant to these organizations and develop growth plans, and build compelling joint: value proposition oriented programs.
:Develop a deep understanding of the rental car company ordering process and develop the network, relationships and plans to influence purchasing behaviors to grow our business.
:Drive idea generation internally for creating disruptive and out:of:the:box ideas to help deliver revenue growth via driving sell:through. Own pitching these ideas to the customer and seeking approval and support for programs from the customer
:Work closely with marketing to execute best:in:class plans, programs and monitor and report internally and to the customer on the success of programs
:Lead program management function for these programs. Develop detailed project plans, including campaign goals, disruptive ideas, action plans and success metrics for all the programs
Basic Qualifications:
:Bachelor's Degree in related field.
:Minimum 10+ years experience in sales management with a proven track record of growing and sustaining sales revenue.
:Proven experience in creating and executing sales strategy.
:Prior experience in the design and/or sale of acoustic / audio products.
:Technical background in the electronics field .
:Knowledge of acoustic products.
Preferred Qualifications:
:Bachelor or Master Degree with a focus on Business
Eligibility Requirements:
:Willingness to travel 15 of the time.
:Willingness to work in an office.
