Spotlight Your HR Leadership Skill as You Support Boral's Six Plant, Light Building Products DivisionIf you're an experienced HR leader with the knowledge and strength to serve as a change manager while supporting a key division including six plants and a client group of 600, this role is your opportunity leverage the breadth of your skillet, make an impact and shine. As HR Business Partner, you will work out of our corporate headquarters in Wixom and be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources leadership and support for manufacturing plants in Michigan, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania and North and South Carolina. You will ensure optimal HR operations at the plant level and help to advance wider HR initiatives. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. We will also consider outstanding, highly experienced HR professionals without a degree7-10+ years of strong HR generalist experience including particular expertise in compensation and employee relations; familiarity with areas of HR such as recruiting, onboarding and training, employment laws, etc.Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred, but if you have strong HR skills and the drive to learn, we'll teach you manufacturing.Experience implementing and creating HR policies and procedures that support the overall success of an organization.Strong HRIS systems experience; the ability to deploy tools and resources to achieve goals and solve problems.Strong computer skills including MS Office applications and other relevant HR software (i.e. ADP or similar); reporting skill and experience.Boral North America comprises the Construction Materials and Building Products businesses of Boral USA and Headwaters Inc., following Boral s acquisition of Headwaters in May 2017. Within the Construction Materials Group, Boral has industry-leading positions in fly ash processing and distribution as well as a concrete block and Denver construction materials business. In the Building Products Group, Boral has stone, roofing, and light building products divisions.
