Contract Coordinator - Power Generation Planned Equipment Maintenance

Job Summary:

Responsible for administering Power Generation Planned Maintenance Quotations, Agreements and Invoices in Planned Equipment Maintenance quote tool and BMS (Cummins) database.

Responsibilities:

* Create Power Generation Planned Maintenance customer quotations in the Quote Tool for Automatic Renewal contract customers, in a timely manner.

* Work with Sales Force to establish lines of credit for new customers.

* Validate credit worthiness of existing customers prior to activating agreements.

* Validate data accuracy related to key data fields and update BMS database records accordingly.

* Obtain and activate accepted customer Planned Maintenance quotations.

* Obtain and register accepted customer Extended Warranty quotations.

* Maintain Planned Maintenance customer agreements in BMS database.

* Create monthly Planned Maintenance Work Orders and apply job plan in BMS database.

* Create Planned Maintenance Agreement invoices per customer payment terms.

* Contact customer for payment of past due Prepaid Planned Maintenance invoices.

* Take a proactive role in the continual improvement of the Planned Maintenance process.

* Develop a positive relationship between Planned Maintenance sales force, support team and customer.

* Other duties, as directed or assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or trade school, plus five years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience in a team atmosphere.

Skills and Abilities:

* Proficient with Windows based software, specifically, Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Access.

* Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.

* Demonstrate commitment to creative thinking for continuous improvement.

* Excellent customer support skills.

* Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Able to work through conflict and use effective problem solving skills.

* Lead by example.

* Encourage input and creative thinking.

* Able to learn new skills and adapt to new concepts and procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (active listening, writing, speaking and telephone).
