Job Responsibilities:
:Subject matter expert for Application Lifecycle Management
:Create strategies and solutions in Application Lifecycle Management to the need of the US/India stakeholders, considering the company strategy, methods and processes
:Establish solutions for Test Mgmt. and Requirements Mgmt.
:Support and service the user community USA/India
:Contribute to solution designs for Incident Mgmt., Continuous Integration and Configuration Mgmt. for Software
:Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Process, create synergy effects and increase effective and efficient working wherever possible
:Administrate the tools and their integrations from a business point of view (Roles, Access Rights, Policies, Documentation, etc.).
:Guide and train the teams to use the Application Lifecycle Tools efficiently
:Manage the knowledge database
Basic Qualifications:
:Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
:5+ years of post:graduate engineering work experience
:3+ years of Application Lifecycle Management with IBM Rational Suite. Hands:on experience configuring, implementing and establishing solutions in tools for Test Mgmt., Requirements Mgmt., Incident Mgmt., Continuous Integration and Software Configuration Management
:3+ years experience in establishing solutions for Test Mgmt. and Requirements Mgmt.
:2+ years experience in supporting and servicing the user community including service desk, training and knowledge management
:Demonstrated expertise in IBM Rational Suite (RQM, DOORS NG, RTC)
:Experience to administrate a ALM tools including its Roles, Access Rights, Policies, Documentation and basic knowledge about IT Infrastructure
:Experience to work in a global environment with knowledge about the Automotive Tier 1 Product Lifecycle
:Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in clear, concise and easily readable format by both technical and non:technical personnel.
:Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with third party vendors and any supporting departments to solve issues.
