Help Desk Technician
Sentinel is seeking an entry-mid level helpdesk professional. This individual will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This individual will be responsible for making sure all helpdesk tickets are assigned correctly and resolved in the targeted timeframe. This is a 6 month Contract to Hire position based in Ann Arbor, MI.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and skills in technology and information systems including basic hardware troubleshooting on a PC.
+ Hands on Experience troubleshooting and supporting MAC devices, PCs, Laptops, Phones, etc
+ Experience with Windows 7/10
+ Experience working with MS Office Suite
+ Experience creating User ID s with Active Directory
+ The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
+ A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
+ Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
+ Must be currently working in a similar position
+ Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
