We’re looking for a talented student to join our team during the fall and winter terms, and throughout the summer too! Preference will be given to students who are able to commit to both fall and winter terms, but consideration will be given to all.

Interns at DocNetwork are here to make a big impact and are given challenging assignments and real responsibility. As part of the DocNetwork team you will have the opportunity work in a fun, fast paced environment to gain real life work experience and be a key player in the company’s success.

Providing customer service and technical support through direct interaction with end users through Zendesk ticketing system and helpline
Improving support documentation and application workflow
Preparing web-based forms by compiling and sorting information
Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data
Working with the team on product improvement and business development

Required Skills and Characteristics
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as individuals at all seniority levels within the company
Possess a solid understanding and willingness to problem solve and resolve conflicts
Have a strong desire to learn and to develop professionally
A team player with a self-starter attitude, able to work effectively independently as well
Looking to continually improve the processes that they’re involved in
Embrace working with fun, quirky, enthusiastic people in a work-hard play-hard atmosphere
Love the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech startup
