The primary purpose of the role is support the North American Shared Services organization by performing administrative tasks including processing incoming mail, vendor/customer check payments and other Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
This position will have no direct reports
:Open and date stamp mail from all Harman P.O. Boxes
:Sort incoming mail and separate by division.
:Prepare and scan invoices into VIM
:Copy, log and send SSC checks to respective lockboxes
:Mail paper invoices for Harman Professional customers
:Monitor invoice group mailbox for returned items
:Post all outgoing mail and ship UPS/DHL
:Associate Degree in business or equivalent work experience
:Experience with multiple Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) systems. Preferably SAP
:Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast paced multi:tasking environment.
:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
