Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of the graphic designer is to create visually engineered Lockout Tagout procedures in MS Word or Excel. Producing Lockout Tagout Procedures entails the following:

:Our Surveyors sketch diagrams of all of the equipment in a clients facility requiring Lockout Tagout procedures. The graphics designer then creates a visually engineered diagram of the equipment in MS Word or Excel.
:Using predefined libraries, the graphic designer defines the associated procedures depicted in the diagram.
:Each procedure references a tag located on the visually engineered picture of the equipment.
:Throughout the process, status reports and job folders are updated.
:Once the client approves the procedure, production orders are created and submitted to the production department to development the final product including tags.
:Graphic designer interacts with clients, surveyors and management throughout the process.

Job Requirements:
:Extensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel a must
:Effective written and verbal communication skills
:Effective time management skills, works well under pressure
:Must have an eye for detail
:Self motivated
:Team player
:No Lockout Tagout experience required, training provided
