This individual will support on all aspects of L and D Operations, including locally driving Corporate standards, processes and instructions and managing the system administration of the enterprise Learning Management Systems (HTC and K:Hub) including reporting. The intern will be responsible for support of the learning business processes and associated data to contribute to regional Learning and Development programs. He/she will ensure L and D interventions are successfully implemented including organization of vendors, training sites, trainer, and participant support.
:Act as resource to ensure effective organization around Driving L and D policies, processes, tracking and monitoring, and reporting standards for the Region in alignment with the Global L and D Operations.
:Supports all logistics (before, during and after) for training programs; coordinates facility, accommodation and equipment needs; tracks participation and other success measures; provides data and reports as needed including for audit purposes
:Supports L and D administration including user support, local ticket management, tool:linked communication, supports the roll:out of tool enhancements; drives reports
:Supports the state:of:the:art communications channels for L and D such as local intranet pages, information to users, protocol of learning board meetings, training catalogues, program launch communication, and training materials
:Proven analytical skills in working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing a plan to deliver on those opportunities
:Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work across multiple levels in the organization
:Proven skills to execute on plans and deliver project milestones with a business:set approach.
:English language communication proficiency
:Experience with Learning Management Systems
