HARMAN's diverse portfolio of businesses and customers offer interns a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of projects and practices. As a member of our team, your primary role will be to support Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) test development activitiese for new infotainment projects.
:Build AME test bench setup based on engineer's direction
:Support product programming at IC level, board level and/or final assembly level
:Support product funcitional test at variaous stations
:Help debugging and trouble shooting the test process including product, setup and test system etc
:Engineering documentation support as required
:Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program at an accredited institution in the Sophmore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
:Must have taken courses in Electrical Engineering and SW Programming fields
:Must have entry level work experience
:Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
:Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
:Must provide full work availability from May 21, 2018 through August 10, 2018 and be able to work 40 hours per week
:Must be able to work in an office in Novi, MI
:Highly prefer candidates who live within a commutable distance
:Must provide own housing and transportation to/from work
