I am a PhD student at the Medical school and am looking for someone to take over my Studio Apartment lease at the Medical Center Ct. This place is VERY close to the UM hospital and Medical Center (takes me about 5 mins to walk). I am planning to move out by the end of April 2013 latest, and early move-in can be negotiable. Currently, Im paying $850+utilities for the apartment. The apartment complex also provides storage places for free. My apartment building is the very close the Maiden Lane, and it is along the AATA Bus#2 route. Please let me know ASAP if you or someone you know is interested!
