Part:Time approximately 20 hours/week, afternoon hours 1:5 PM (flexible into later evening)

The female owner (CEO) and ProAdvisor associates provide advanced management:accounting:based coaching, training, and products (via the Internet) to individuals and business groups throughout the U.S.
Were looking for assistance because current long:term employees will be taking on more sales and marketing responsibilities. We are friendly, but also professional and work:focused. Job Description:
Assist the owner and office manager with the following:
:Answer telephones in a professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner.
:Schedule various appointments with clients as well as other business and personal appointments.
:E:mail client appointment reminders and surveys for services and products.
:Fulfill product sales and enter product sales into QuickBooks.
:Review and monitor incoming emails : and provide assistance in replying as requested.
:Assist with office mascot maintenance (Jack and Nicky : our friendly canine office mascots).
:Keep office supplies organized and in:stock.
:Upon occasion, assist with personal, home, and business errands.
:Other assistance as requested.
Skills and Abilities:
:High school degree required. Associates degree preferred or comparable combination of experience and education.
:Reliability, timeliness, and resourcefulness are requirements for the position.
:Good spelling and writing skills.
:Basic familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the Internet. Ability to learn new forms of technology quickly.
:Professional, friendly, and helpful telephone demeanor.
:Must be amenable to the care and companionship of our canine office mascots.
:US citizen and reliable transportation w/valid drivers license
:Due to the nature of our business, we will perform a background check and employee must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
:Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities and duties as circumstances change.
Office Layout and Working Attire:
Clean, pleasant, home office (lower level walk out) approximately 3 miles south of Ypsilanti. Casual, comfortable, business attire is the norm (occasional exceptions may apply).
