Job Description

The Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor is seeking a High School Coordinator to carry the administrative work of our High School program. Housed on two beautiful campuses in Ann Arbor, Michigan, our comprehensive Waldorf program serves a diverse range of children, from a Parent/Infant Program through the 12th Grade.

The High School Coordinator position is the administrative center for the High School program, providing support to students, faculty and parents. We are seeking a candidate with experience working within the Waldorf curriculum and philosophy, from an administrative, faculty, board or parent perspective. Our ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of child and adult development, with the capacity to support community members in many ways. We seek a colleague dedicated to building strong collegial and parent relationships, and one who is committed to self-development. Experience in college counseling and/or classroom teaching will strengthen an application.
