Job Description

Growing high-tech company is seeking full time Administrative Assistant for their call center.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receptionist duties including greeting guests and conference calendar organization
  • Order processing
  • Assisting staff with administrative duties as requested
  • Accounting data entry using QuickBooks Software
  • Document preparation / typing
  • Distribution of incoming mail and courier packages
  • Minor office cleaning and organization

Qualified candidates will have a professional attitude and strong work ethic, good organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience and knowledge of QuickBooks software and prior shipping/receiving experience a plus!
