Visit www.Amcor.com to learn more. Position Description Lead ARP monthly close activities including preparation of the monthly MMR reports. Liaison to North and Latin America regional reporting staff. Prepare Global finance presentations and special financial reports for executive management. Support Global ARP external audit and technical accounting matters. Develop and lead implementation of enhancements to the financial reporting system. Manage the process of consolidating regional and business unit level forecast, budget and strategic planning financial information. Summary Responsibilities As a leader within a global organization, driving toward world-class finance processes and systems infrastructure, this position will be responsible for managing and leading the following key activities: Lead the monthly management reporting process including analysis to support monthly queries from Parent company Lead the consolidation of annual operating and strategic plan data, providing analysis on budget data, and lead related enhancements to the BPC system Lead the consolidation, review and analysis of forecast data Research significant technical accounting issues (purchase accounting, divestures, leasing, taxes, etc.) including coordination with Parent accounting staff Lead acquisition related initiatives including integration efforts related to the financial reporting systems Manage data loads, mapping, and journal entries and ensure financial integrity between SAP, BPC and HFM (Parent consolidation system) Manage, design and enhance BPC templates used by the regions for the strategic plan, forecast and operating plan processes Primary contact to the regions for BPC training and related support Manage assigned tasks during the closing process Prepare global finance presentations and special financial reports for executive management Manage special projects as needed.
