Additional Job Details As Domino's continues to evolve on how we optimize our use of technology in how we compete the IT Finance team will play a critical role in advancing this transformation, helping to achieve the right investment balance at the right pace for the organization to "fund the journey". The IT Finance team will provide thought collaborating to navigate through complex business problems, develop and provide clear transparency to specific costs and metrics, and ensure we are closely managing our cost growth aligned with overall value provided, as well as competitive with other services available in the market. This role will be a member of the IT Finance team and report up through the Director of IT Finance. The role will interact closely with the IT leadership team and participate in discussions at the senior and executive leadership levels. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Support analysis needed to grow Information Technology financial performance including: Perform monthly Flash Process - streamline / update templates, reviews and provide insight on P&L performance with VP's and Directors Be a resource to support divisions to help measure the financial impact of key decisions Complete ad-hoc analysis as requested by IT VPs and Directors Work jointly with cross-functional teams and finance colleagues to identify innovative opportunities for business process improvements and streamlining existing activities Analyze and report on all aspects of internal technology investments across our business, including service costs, trend analysis and other KPI's and benchmarks Assist in development and execution of financial models to analyze major projects of IT IT Time Tracking System Administrator Serve as a key integrator across IT divisions to ensure time tracking system, reporting and processes empower leadership with the decision-making information they need to manage the business Develop training documents, provide end-user training, and ensure effective user adoption Ensure standard for data quality & integrity between systems Implement governance over account structures, organization hierarchies, key data elements and related configurations Manage ongoing system enhancements and projects that enable accurate and meaningful management reporting that provides further insights for decisions Partner with Finance Team Members and IT Auditors with the following responsibilities: Generate weekly & period operation and financial key indicators Review financials regularly with IT Directors & VPs Actual to budget performance analysis per period to DPZ Assist in process improvements on audits, standardized reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Previous IT FP&A experience required Excellent analytical skills Experience with management reporting Hyperion experience preferred Proven communication, presentation and computer skills (MS Office preferred) Excellent organizational skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines - provided by DiceAccounting, Analysis, Analyst, Analytical Skills, BIND, Development, Director, Domino, Flash, HTML, Management, Metrics, MS Office, Sales, System Administrator
