Primary responsibilities include:

Posting of daily receivables, payables, and vouchers
Bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
Status letters for new owners
Partner with property managers and community attorney on collection of dues, placement of liens and foreclosure of property
Perform daily, monthly and annual audits as required
Set up and maintenance of several third-party vendor databases
Assist with customer calls
Manage associations with financial only contracts
Report monthly financials to customers
Prepare draft budgets for association
Partner with association CPA's to complete reviews and tax returns
Create and audit financials; communicate and bring resolution to discrepancies
Assist with new accounts; conversion from accrual to cash accounting
Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in finance or accounting or currently working toward a degree
Strong work ethic and organizational skills while working in a fast pace and sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to take initiative and focus on continuous improvement and efficiency while thinking independently, especially under pressure
Computer savvy; outlook, excel and word
